You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

✔ You received the wrong item
✔ The product is defective or missing parts

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in original condition
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Include all accessories, labels, and tags

⚠ Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for returns:

• Used or damaged products caused by misuse
• Products returned without original packaging
• Perishable items such as live plants or opened seed packets
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling

📦 How to Request a Return

✔ The refund will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or store credit.
