📦 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

⏱ Cancellation Time Limit

Cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched.

Orders that have already been processed or handed over to the courier partner cannot be cancelled.

💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
• Refund processing usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

⚠ Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped:

• The order cannot be cancelled.
• You may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
