📦 Return Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:

The product was damaged during delivery

The wrong product was delivered

The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

✔ The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
✔ The product must be unused and in its original packaging
✔ Proof such as photos or an unboxing video may be required

📹 Unboxing Video Requirement

For claims related to damaged or incorrect items, customers may be required to provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue.

This helps us verify the problem quickly and resolve the request faster.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

Used or opened products

Products damaged due to misuse

Items returned without original packaging

Perishable or plant-based products (if applicable)

🔁 Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer:

✔ Replacement of the same product
✔ Exchange for another product (subject to availability)

💰 Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return request is approved due to a damaged or incorrect product, Orgaa will arrange the return pickup or cover the return shipping cost.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. However, customers can still request a return after delivery according to our return policy.
