📦 Orders
How do I place an order?
Placing an order on Orgaa is simple:
Browse products on our website.
Click Add to Cart on the item you want.
Proceed to Checkout.
Enter your shipping details and choose a payment method.
Confirm your order.
You will receive an order confirmation message via email or WhatsApp.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. However, you may still request a return after delivery according to our return policy.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes. You can request an address change before the order is shipped by contacting our support team as soon as possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You can also track your order using the Track Order page on our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹1,999 in most serviceable locations.
My payment failed but money was deducted. What should I do?
If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed:
Wait 10–15 minutes as payment processing may still be in progress.
If the order is not created, the amount will usually be automatically refunded by your bank within 3–7 business days.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times:
• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations and location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499.
Which courier partners do you use?
We ship orders using trusted courier partners such as:

• Xpressbees
• India Post
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges if:
• The product is damaged during delivery
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product has a manufacturing defect
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
How do I request a return or exchange?
